    I never train in gyms and I very rarely have time for structured training sessions. I’ve only practiced the power-up while out and about with the kids, mostly on swing sets

  7. The narrow-base deep squat is a highly practical Natural Movement position and should be held comfortably by anyone. Can you hold it? If yes, can you hold it with ease and for more than a few seconds? Yes, that’s 100% part of NORMAL function.
