    Hundreds of people moved out of Napier Barracks in Kent before the independent inspection starts tomorrow. Gov said their hand was forced by 'emergency situation', but suddenly hundreds of people relocated? Imagine the pain and panic for the few left behind

    Looks like a lot of people have been moved out of Napier Barracks ahead of the independent inspection of the site.
