    On a day that’s focused on the big national election, I’m going to give a shameless plug for why it’s critical to vote for & support state elected officials. Why, you ask? See below. This wouldn’t have been possible without Speaker , champs & 👇

    I spoke with a voter today who had previously been incarcerated and another whose sister is in that boat. Last year the NV Legislature passed a law allowing all formerly incarcerated people, up to 77K in NV, to vote. 2020 early voting was their first opportunity. (📸)

    End bail! Love ! needs to end this next session.

    A criminal charged with murder and shooting 2 others was given a low cost bail out of jail despite a criminal history. While out on bail, he murders again. Texas will end this deadly bail system used by Texas Judges. via

    Six years I have lobbied over three sessions to hold a primary. This spreadsheet that could be wrongly input at any section - was an issue. Someone without math logic would just proceed - your precinct had a person who was aware the outcome was not logical at first

    They trained people; 11 of them. TWO showed up. I filled in. The spreadsheet vote totals WERE locked. The mistake was that she entered a vote tally incorrectly as INPUT to the function that reapportioned early votes.

    Today there are 74 people in Las Vegas area jails for pedestrian and bicycle related offenses. These should not even be criminalized.

    Thank you ! is my most significant bill! Why it’s so important that disappointment at the top of the ticket can’t stop folks from voting. Gotta support state and local candidates who need to lead now more than ever!
