    I use scallion greens a lot in cooking. I cut off the bulb & put in water to “recycle” & grow more green tops. Good growth phenomenon to ask students: where does the matter & energy come from to grow these scallion greens from the cut bulb?

    People are confusing quick PCR tests for travel (which take a min. of 1-2 days) w "Rapid Tests". Rapid tests are the quick turnaround antigen tests, they are not "quick" PCR tests. Just like science ideas, words we use can confuse understanding!
