    FYI, in the Filipino translation of the The Lord’s Prayer, “our daily bread” translates to “our daily rice”. The translation is “bacon & eggs” 👍🏻🥓🍳

    It will normalize fairly quickly and by the fifth or sixth day you’ll start to feel more energy and should start to see some weight loss. By the end of two weeks sugar cravings will start to subside significantly. You’ll be well on your way to better health

    why do people complicate this? Eat meat with veggies. So simple, so good, so easy! salmon, salad with EVOO, and zucchini and squash sauteed in butter with onion and garlic.

    I can’t imagine you have much to lose, but may I recommend reducing sugar and grains? Check your social media for and follow . I’ve lost 85 pounds / 26% body weight just by changing the way I eat.

    Yeah, I hate eating burgers, steaks, veggies with butter and salt, and some 85% dark chocolate. Oh wait, no I don’t... it’s awesome. And as for cost, the effort is only in choosing carefully where one buys

    = No Sugar, No Grains.. how is that impossible to find? Not taste good? Let your taste buds recover and it will! Pay the farmer now or pay the doctor later. Convenience foods are more expensive than you think LT. There, I think I covered all your points.

    Same thing here. Could have used this knowledge years ago. Bullshit Bro-Science. Feel great, do half the lifting and a third of the meals and in better shape. Vinnie's the man!

    After years following a ‘bodybuilding diet of high carbs (for energy/bulking) and protein and putting on plenty of body fat despite tracking MACROS and training 5 x week, I am now , leaner (10%BF) and stronger than ever. Thanks
