@NHSMillion - this is my lovely daughter who is 30. She was born 7 wks early weighing just over 4lbs, she was in an incubator in special care for 3 weeks. The NHS is a truly gr8 institution, with wonderful caring hard working staff . I am extremely grateful to them#NHSheroes pic.twitter.com/oWqKAdwoEA

We were pleased to provide a coasteering session for Briony, as part of our support for NHS staff. With PTSD and emotional fatigue affecting so many due to COVID, our project focuses on improved mental health through free activities.

So I had my 1st vaccination yesterday (Moderna). The process was quick, the jab was painless and I've had no side effects and a good night's sleep. I took paracetemol every 4 hours from midday onwards. Overall a great experience

Great to see town busy. Life is going back to normal, however myself and my colleagues faced battles & hardship. It reminds me of the scene in Lord of the rings, where the hobbits toast each other after their adventures. Here's to you

#SocialistSunday Thanks for being one of our#NHSheroes and for all your great work on#NHSpay15 Thanks also for reporting the reality of what is happening in our#NHS so badly let down by the Tories -
Just gave blood for the first time! I wasn’t the easiest donor - my veins weren’t very visible. Thanks to Nesa a vein was found but my donation was a little slow. Managed to get a full donation with lots of leg exercises in the chair! Feeling emotional.
