    This photo of Stadium was taken on 6 August 2011, soon after AMISOM captured it from Al-Shabaab who used it as a base to launch & plot attacks. The 65,000-seater stadium is now back to life. AMISOM handed it over to the federal gov't in August 2018.

    That is not a party to the and Coastal States grouping adds insult to injury. How do you police the Gulf of Aden without Somaliland's cooperation and assistance? Engaging with is no answer.

    For over 30 years, Somaliland has had full control over its 856 km long coastline and has protected its waters against piracy, terrorism, human and wild life trafficking.
