    There's absolutely no difference in functionality of green and black cards. Some marketing genius at Presto or just decided to change the colour/design and confuse customers.

    You tap to enter 511 streetcar at start of journey. If you have a pass on your card, no need to tap on 7 bus when you transfer inside Bathurst station. That would be just tracking info for . Do they really need to know? []

    your service guarantee is a joke. I've been delayed multiple times past 15 mins in the last 6 months and none of the trips have ever qualified.

    Thanks for asking, Ben. First, cost $6 for card that a) I never had to pay for previously, b) provides no added benefit or functionality. Second, it didn't work on readers tried. Other than that, ... sorry, got nothing.

    The impetus for real change has to come from politicians. There are many, many smart transit people at + , but for now they're afraid to speak truth to power, at least publicly. I'm close to retirement age and the temptation is to give in, but I won't.

    recommends riders tap on every vehicle (for patterning). I will only tap in situations where I used to either show or transfer to driver. Anything else is just tracking info for .
