    I will repeat this for the umpteenth time. You CANNOT 'spot-burn' fats. Guys ask me "I just want to shred my pot belly. What do I do?" Answer: Shred your entire body fats first. Potbelly was the first to put up fats, it will be the last.

    Potbelly aka abdominal obesity aka central adiposity is very stubborn. It holds back to its fats. It secrets hormones and enzymes that slow metabolism causing insulin resistance. Has poor blood supply making it even harder to burn those fats.

    Be honest, You eat fruits because they are SWEET not because of 'vitamins' and 'fibres'. It therefore means, your tastebuds are impaired, you can't avoid sweet taste in your mouth. The sweetness in fruits is fructose. The same fructose in table sugar.

    Caloric Content: 1 gram Proteins = 4 calories. 1 gram Carbs = 4 calories. 1 gram Fats = 9 calories. It is a fallacy to believe that you need simple carbs for energy. Eat proteins and fats instead. Dense nutrients. Healthy. Eliminate simple carbs/Sugar.

    Persons living with Diabetes and Hypertension are always stranded and lost. They believe they have been condemned to a life of endless hypoglycemic + antihypertensive drugs. They don't know that their chronic illnesses can be reversed. We must change this.
