    Straight out to a man that jumped from a bridge into oncoming traffic on the motorway Thankfully an On Duty paramedic driving past spotted him as he jumped. He's alive with injuries & not life threatening 🙏 The below diagram paints a thousand words 👥

    STOP TELLING MEN TO MAN UP! 84 men a week in the UK die by suicide that’s 12 per day, 1 man every 2 hours. It’s ok to talk about your mental health, it doesn’t make you any less of a man
