    The one wine that will stand up to a ripe Époisses. Razor-sharp acidity w/ notes of peat, pickled walnuts, dried & candied fruits (especially citrus), caramel, all sorts of precious woods & spices, enveloped by a slight sweetness but finishing dry on a spray of seasalt.

    I have not long touched down after spending four amazing days in being spoilt rotten on a trip with - full travel feature to follow - but a couple of observations. I have been on two long flights (3-4 hrs each)…

    But got to say was the bomb. Beautiful island, clear blue seas, dolphins and whales, soaring peaks, mystical forests, 2.5k of walking trails, waterfalls and watersports, cocktails and sunshine ☀️

    Two years today I last visited my family back home. Covid & overpriced travelling stopped me from going back. I miss them dearly but will only travel when the rest of the world got out of their system the travelling craze.
