    ⚠️ Huge info on that document is that DoJ links up leaks and ! The common denominator? GRU's Anatoliy Sergeyevich Kovalev, who is now indicted for both operations (cf. Le Monde article).

  7. Historically, France does not publicly attribute, unlike the United States, as noticed in the case of the 2017 operation that was paradoxically attributed (to the GRU) by the US, not by France.

    🙋‍♂️3 and 1/2 years later, this fresh FBI indictment does not attribute to the GRU but only prior spearphishing attacks ; consistent with my statements at the time. But today, no progress or not willing to document it ?

  17. However, it should be recalled that France has, if not a policy, at least a custom of non-(public) attribution as I mentioned in the report (p. 19). Of course, it does not mean that no action is taken, only that it is not public.
