    The Netherlands announced this morning they will deliver 200 Stinger anti-aircraft missiles to Ukraine as soon as possible. The decision comes after new requests from Ukraine for military aid. In 2014, Russians shot down MH17 over Ukraine, killing 193 Dutch. Time for revenge?
