After 24 years of being ineffective at influencing colleagues and playing to the press by pretending to be on the fence, , who will vote to acquit Trump, now wants 30 years to continue the charade. Not a leader; not independent, not courageous.

After tonight's votes, Senator Collins has now voted 12 times in the past ten days against a fair impeachment trial. Mainers deserve a fair process to uncover the facts, and Senator Collins denied them that every step of the way.

Susan Collins hasn't held a town hall since the 1990s.

  13. It seems to me that Senator Collins is conceding Trump did wrong by suggesting she believes he learned a lesson. And if she is conceding he did wrong, how can she vote to not convict? Like logic...

  14. Kinda like politically putting Mitt’s “head on a pike,” eh ? Maybe you could pass on one of your “concerned” or “disappointed” notes to “Mr. Learned A Lesson."

  16. Let’s be clear: had the opportunity to vote for witnesses ten times prior to this, but she waited until Mitch McConnell gave her a hall pass to give herself political cover.

  17. . has failed YET ANOTHER moment of conscience. What would Margaret Chase Smith think? It's past time to .
