    Worked out today for the first time in a long while. Got all excited, went home and started planning dinner with chicken and healthy stuff. Then i remembered, im not an athlete anymore & it doesnt matter how i fuel this work of art. So i got me a $5 hot n ready.

    Tore a ligament in my shoulder after I ate it snowboarding. Really bummed I can’t workout upper body. Doctors said give it a few weeks but ima give it a few days , then I’m back at it!
