    this is really good I have rarely nursed any patient that hasn’t been distressed both physically and mentally during the end of life. Any learning for staff to ensure that death is distress free and dignified is 👌🏼

    Following on this week’s Tweetorial 1/10 - excluding serious causes of crying Consider clean catch urine sample early. A retrospective study of 237 afebrile infants <1yr with unsoothable crying found 5% had underlying illness, which was most commonly UTI.
