    You can be a or you can support . You can't be both. You either believe personal liberty should be paramount, or State Power. The two ideas are rabid weasels that you throw in a sack - only one is coming out.

    essentially places State Power above our individual personal civil liberty interests. The primacy of the latter is one of the core tenets of most beliefs. The two aren't compatible. /fin

    My personal platform: eat what you want, put whatever you want in your hair. Be from California or don't. Just please don't advocate for socialism, absurd wage controls, cronyist/protectionist policies, violating religious liberty, or expanding the carceral state.

    I wish Alex Jones could tweet & I wish gay people could buy cake, but ultimately I think a company or individual should be allowed to do business with someone or not do business with someone based on any criteria they see fit.

    I’ve never read Alex Jones nor watched any of his video presence on the internet. A friend told me he was an extremist. Believe me that I know nothing about him. That said, I think banning him from the internet is a slippery slope. This is the beginning of real fascism. Trust me.
