    Don't chase high ketone levels for the sake of it. Not everyone needs to be in therapeutic ketosis. It depends on your weight loss and health goals. Eat a low carb, high fat, medium protein diet. Don't touch seed oils or sugar and you'll soon reach those goals.

    N u dont have to, I went from keto to carnivore n find it more balanced, it stopped my eczema flares n improved skin, but if u keto works for u then stick to it. Beauty of is there r options for every1, even vegetarian with supp tho. Keep experimenting n b healthy.
