    Yesterday was a bad day for this driver. stopped them for using a mobile phone then discovered they have a revoked licence and were also in possession of suspected controlled drugs. Vehicle seized and driver reported for all offences.

    Naas Roads Policing Unit operating an checkpoint yesterday arrested a driver who failed a roadside drug test. Small quantity of cannabis also found on a passenger in the car. Drugs seized. Court Proceedings to follow for offences disclosed.

    Gardaí from the DMR Roads Policing Unit stopped this car earlier today. Driver produced a false driving licence. Details checked on Mobility App which revealed that the driver is currently disqualified for 4 years. Driver arrested and car seized.
