    Hi Carolyn👍Yes I was so lucky to capture this Beautiful Bird on a Cold day and my camera wasn’t even set up📷So it was a rush to set up that was my 1st shot of the and away it went to find food elsewhere

    Brilliant colour on a dull new year's day! I was fortunate enough to observe two kingfishers on Christmas day, and I was treated again to a good view of one of these birds today

    Very happy to discover that we have two kingfishers on our local stretch of canal now (and yes, they have to have names!) Hopefully they will find a suitable burrow for the spring!

    Second time this year I've out for a walk and second time I've seen a kingfisher. This one was in The Dingle at the end of my road. Only got my phone on me so need to go again with my big camera at some point.
