    Happy 2 yr ketoversary to me! On the left: 267 lbs size 22 ish (I’m 5’8” for reference) On the right: 149 lbs size 6/8. Down 116 lbs! Focusing now on building more muscle. Think keto isn’t sustainable? Think again!

    Been keto for 9 months. Arthritis, anxiety, heartburn all pretty much gone. Sleep better. Tons of energy, lost 22 pounds and went from a size 12 to a size 5.
