    is gone. Can we now focus on our realities? The declaration of June 12 as a democracy day is well deserved & a smart move by Buhari to play on our emotions. This should in no way determine how anyone should vote for the future of Nigeria in the coming 2019 election.

    Since 2015, Tinubu & APC Lagos had tactically reduced their participation in the ceremonies. Body language of Buhari didn't support it. He rebuffed entreaties to have the day remembered. If June 12 is good enough to earn you votes, hunger is bigger to make you lose.
