    Remarkable court judgement coming out of on the presidential election... both takes note of falsified votes AND attending to the Constitution, which requires a *majority* to win not just a plurality, which has been ignored in past elections. Wow.

    "The results announced by MEC on 27th May suggest that none of the candidates was elected by a majority in accordance with section 82 of the Constitution....It is the duty of the legislature to amend the Elections Act to reflect this."
