Watch Alice (1988) if you haven’t yet! In my opinion the greatest ever movie adaptation of Alice in Wonderland, which is also among my favourite books. Made by Jan Svankmajer, the godfather of stop-motion.

This one is incredible, one of those rare covers that beats the pants off the original.
The song is just terrifying in content, but SO beautifully played and sung.
The video is an absolute STONKER too. Reminiscent of The Brothers Quay or Jan Švankmajer.
