3 days of no real sleep... Bad pain... I'm lucky I don't look on the outside how I feel on the inside... But not fitting in the box of what people think

It's half way through the week and it's been a long one already. So, I'm sending hugs, for those who are need of them right now.

Have you got one of my
#invisibleillness pins yet? There’s 4 limited edition colours and the mint/peach are getting very low in numbers! If you have one, has it inspired any conversations about your invisible… https://www.instagram.com/p/B8Mn9KNlAwr/?igshid=ooxzfrwqwkzt … -

I have had to use an electric scooter a few times when I couldn’t walk well enough or long enough to accomplish my shopping tasks. Just because someone can walk into the store does not mean they can walk through the store.

I don’t have an ostomy but seeing
@aerie have models with ostomies and selling ostomy bags makes me feel that crohns doesn’t have to be something that’s not sexy or something I should feel insecure about.#RepresentationMatters#invisibleillness -
The latest Frozen film has me taking a leap of faith "Into the Unknown," via lots of hospitalisations and friends to leap with. All i gotta say is, those hospitals are pretty cold... the cold always bothered me anyways.
