  18. Big question in Chicago: will IL Dem legislators create a new Latino plurality district on the Northwest Side? In this example, they'd essentially eliminate new Rep. Marie Newman (D) by relocating north. Rep. Chuy Garcia (D)'s would still be 60%+ Latino.

    Seeing a lot of “my last normal event before covid” memories... not sure if it counts but mine was the primary, where things were shutting down and candidates (Marie Newman here) were just learning not to shake hands.
