    Madrelagua ravine almost one year after wildfire. 2nd pic was taken almost immediately after the fire. Canary pines lost most of the branches and now have "bottlebrush" shape, new needles coming from the trunk. Ground cover mostly ferns 🇮🇨🌳🔥

    Some of these Canary Pines burnt in will partially recover, some not. Those that recover, will acquire the characteristic bottle-brush shape. I estimate It takes about two years, so one almost done, another one to go 🌲⛰️

    Yesterday, the very peak of Teide was almost hidden, while lower parts of Tenerife could be seen perfectly. It looks like Tamadaba massif is recovering well after wildfire last year. 🇮🇨🌲

    Thanks!!! I can't see before this hashtag😳 In Spain and Portugal use this way: IF= Incendio Forestal (forest fire) and Valleseco is the village where the fire starts. An excelent way for search info☺️☺️☺️
