    Question for : in AML/BMT patients w/ known or suspected pulmonary mucormycosis, how successful have you been at achieving "source control" via chest tubes/VATS (for effusions) or pneumonectomies? I find this extremely unchallenging, unlike sinusitis/cutaneous disease.

    If you're on tube/train/bus etc sat close next to someone who ends up a confirmed case.. hows going to let you know you're a 'close contact'? CCTV+facial recog or tracing card payments? Bus tends to be cash

    I agree with you, but, how about suggesting that t micro people to change MERS /NDM "geography" to another name. Ironically, Micro changed names to more complicated one w/o reasons or benefits like Clostridioides or clostridium and many other egs.
