    Just blogged: New 💩 IGO Working Group Didn’t Preserve Registrants’ Rights To Judicial Review This is *very* important folks! I know everyone is busy, but domain name registrants' rights are under attack! Are you going to sleep through this?

    That's it for today on the 💩 IGO Final Report. I hope I've shown you all that it's simply garbage, a slimy attempt to strip domain name owners of a fundamental right, namely the right to judicial review. There's more to come this week on both my blog & Twitter.

    [1/3] BTW, the new IGO working group intentionally avoided having any sessions at the meeting from March 7-10 2022, to face the public and questioning re: their work. There's another 💩 policy meeting in June 2022, so why is GNSO Council voting on this now?

    [3/3] Someone who disagrees with the outcome at the -designed then has no option but to go to yet another -designed "arbitration", instead of the courts, when IGOs are involved? That's simply a recipe to *perpetuate* the injustice, rather than cure it.
