    I. Will. Not. Stand. For. This. For the millions in America who have, or don’t realize they have, pre-existing conditions, I refuse to go back to a time when everything revolved around that vial Creditable Coverage Certificate.

    BREAKING: The biggest health care news of the year. The Trump DOJ tonight just told the courts to dismantle pre-existing conditions protections and other consumer protections. This may seem predictable, but these actions are unprecedented. More coming. Follow if interested.

    I had no idea I had cancer until a doctor told me I was stage IV and had been living with a chronic leukemia for years unawares. I'm thankful I was not turned away from treatment, and no one with a pre-existing "condition" ever should be.

    The estimates that 50% of all adults in the U.S. live w/at least 1 pre-existing condition. Patients could face devastating impacts if protections for people with pre-existing conditions are invalidated. We urge the court to !

    Both sides fought like hell to keep preexisting conditions COVERED. Think you don’t have one? Think again. Ever had a c-section? Eczema? Allergies? Forget affordable private health insurance. Got that we need to revisit CC

    Don’t forget: Trump’s SCOTUS litmus test is a willingness to overturn key parts of the ACA. Texas v. United States, a case that threatens protections for pre-existing conditions, is working its way through the courts right now. We must speak out, stop Kavanaugh, and save the ACA.

    More than 130 million Americans have pre-existing conditions, myself included. I refuse to allow this. I refuse to be denied medical care simply because of how I was born. I refuse to be charged insanely high prices because of how I was born.
