    It will be interesting to track the pace of testing over the next quarter. Lockheed's HAWC, DARPA's TBG, and the USAF's AGM-183A could all have test events in the last three months of the year. The Army also plans to conduct the first AUR test before year end.

    With yesterday's $28 MM award to Raytheon, the DOD now has three teams (RTX, Boeing, and LM) funded to support the next phase of the Southern Cross Integrated Flight Research Experiment program. All three will complete Preliminary Design Reviews by Q32022.

    Asked, whether it will consider a non-scramjet solution for Screaming Arrow, the Navy responded that it will as long as the powered cruise phase is at least Mach 5 and that the solution utilizes air-breathing propulsion. Navy is also ok with an integral booster
