    After surviving three nights at the mercy of the ocean, Barri Thomas was airlifted to Princess Margret Hospital in Nassau on September 4th, 2019. Her husband Philip (Pj) Thomas and three children were never to be seen again. 🇧🇸

    The demolition of Ocracoke School began this morning. There has been a steady parade of residents stopping by to have a late look and tell some stories. Change can be hard but we are looking forward to a 21st century school.

    OTD two years ago along with two helicopters, two very talented pilots and a five person rescue team, we flew in behind Hurricane Dorian that destroyed much of Bahamas. Through a lot of support, community and perseverance, the Bahamas is coming back stronger.
