    True. Also: This goes into effect on January 19. If the Administration actually believed its own designation of the , it would not have waited until its very last day in office to implement.

    Notwithstanding the murkiness of designating a group that doesn’t have concrete contours and bleeds into a set of people, this decision sends humanitarian efforts in the country (which seemingly the next admin intends to focus on) into oblivion.
