    It's February 2nd & rents are due. Our General Fund supports Black & brown women, femmes & their children. Keeping people safely housed during crisis allows them to move into stability. Can you give and RT?

    When people making 75k & above aren't eligible to buy the median priced house (as is the case in OC) that's why we are forced to rent!

    This type of transaction needs to stop. Create legislation limiting the sale of restricted space/land for useless commercial purposes. Prioritize housing for all land! This is literally an EMERGENCY!

  12. The goal is for tenants to be able to stay in their homes, not just as renters but as homeowners. It's also about curbing displacement & reducing homelessness, putting people before real estate speculators.

  15. There are 550,000 homeless people in the United States. There are 16 million vacant residential homes in the United States. We don't need more housing. We need to make the housing we have affordable.
