    Diversity and Inclusion does not work without equity. So many people think that diversity is just about including BIPOCs. It’s about so much more than that. People are willing to do the work to really understand what it takes to have a truly inclusive environment.

    Diversity is a PC way of saying non-white. And we should stop using whiteness as our metric because white supremacy is killing us. Inclusion and equity are major keys. are owed.

  12. First we need to not have conversations about any group without that group involved. The disabled community says “Nothing about us without us.” And when those convos get uncomfortable, sit in that discomfort and examine why we feel that way.

    I wrote a popular book about the experiences of Black and Brown women in the workplace, called The Memo. Black lives have to matter inside the workplace too. I am sure you have some stories.

    we should start making sure that black/POC/LGBTQ+ history and struggles are taught in schools so that we can educate and learn from societies past mistakes
