    Total rental car scam! agent in Bordeaux sent me out with a diagram supposedly showing all the damage to the car. When I returned the car in Toulouse, an agent found a pre-existing and nearly invisible scratch on the front bumper and charged me 429 euros!

    I was given a car that was heavily soiled and smoked in. My fell child was ill because of it. In 20 years I never had an issue. Offered me a $75 dollar refund. No other resolution was offered. Had to ask for the Legal dept. help?

    your roadside assistance service is a disgrace, been more than 30 mins on the line, useless so far. Do I have to drive with a premium car rented from with risk of engine overheating cuz low level of coolant? I m really annoyed, you ruin my holiday and behave badly

    Been more than 6 h since I got in touch with , premium car was towed and finally got a new car, wasted my entire day with instead of visiting Santa Cruz. Avoid cuz it’s highly unreliable. Had to exchange the exchange car I was given.

    Rented a car from at Belfast Airport , the man added Tyre windscreen insurance without permission and now they wont refund needless to say i will avoid them in Future.

    after more than 40 min on the line, your roadside assistance is sending aaa and i have to cancel my rental contract. Not to mention you ruined my last day of holiday, i have to wait 1h in the cold, I must find a solution to go to the airport tomorrow. is unreliable

    Stop renting unreliable cars, make sure the ones u rent are taken care of, review the way ur supposed roadside assistance works,... but to all tourists and potential customers, don’t rely on cuz u’ll waste holiday time or be unable to go to business meetings. Avoid

    so you rent premium cars that are crap and now I’m wasting my last day of holiday to wait another 90 minute for the tow truck to take the car to your hertz SFO airport. You’re very bad. To any potential customer, avoid cuz it’s totally unreliable

    Because of i have already lost an entire morning of holidays, still waiting for the tow truck for the premium crap that rented me. Avoid which us unreliable, whether it’s for business or leisure, it’s unacceptable to wait so much for a bad service

    If you have 7 h to waste during a business trip or on holidays, then should be your choice. Took 7h to have car towed and replaced twice! you are really a bad company, probably the worst! And at no point did someone apologize!

    A week later and it's still not resolved. Now I have to pay for a rental that I should have been able to do with points. Horrible customer service.

    I had to exchange it twice, if u want to ruin ur holidays, then is ur best bet. To say I am disappointed and upset is the least. Avoid !! The wirst company

    This is both frustrating and disturbing. travels much, and endures many travel frustrations, but it's very different when it involves your children/family. has done similar nefarious things to , who also travels much for the Kingdom.

    I am not complaining about a specific booking experience. I just let Twitter know that the whole makes no sense and brings no value to the customer. It does not make your any smoother, cheaper or nicer. Thanks for the feedback tho!
