So I was drinking and smoking a lil while watching this movie. But honestly it was pretty good, a solid cop drama and the whole puppet bit was def an addition to the plot and not a crutch

The Happytime Murders made me realize there’s a severely unexploited market potential for black comedy-esque movies with puppet characters. Seems like a huge missed potential considering the now massive part of the adult population that grew up on The Muppets/Sesame Street, etc.
