    Wyoming has about 200,000 fewer people than Washington DC. North Dakota has just over 700,000. The residents of Wyoming & North Dakota have full democratic rights while the people of DC do not. Taxation without full representation is tyranny. It's time.

    Just drove by a major portion of the National Mall. I didn’t see one trash can overflowing and lots of committed employees making sure federal property is clean for residents and visitors. You’re welcome feds.

    The US is *the only country in the world* where the citizens of its capital don’t have representation in government. Congress has given statehood to 37 states over time. We can and must do this! – At Rayburn House Office Building
