    nehamaha: RT : Senate has confirmed as the next USCIS director. Hopefully, she looks into the 100K EB GCs which could be wasted and the delays along with so many other issues that plague the agency.

    Looks like timely renewal/issue is an impossible event. I might as well mentally prepare to resign from the job after filing for a renewal.

    I’ll be in the same loop on Aug 23rd onwards.

    I'm forced to quit my job on Aug 12th. Thanks to USCIS extraordinary delays in processing. I already started feeling empty. I can't even drive, let alone holding a job.

    Top three ways for USCIS to clear its backlog: 1) quickly grant all pending I-539 extensions (if pple had conscientiousness to file, they aren't "bad people" to be looking for) 2) quickly grant every pending EB I-485 if background is clear 3) quickly grant I-765 renewals

    Glad and looking forward to the new change. Please look into reforming rules around . Losing a job, better health insurance, driving ability, kids social life, my organization's inconveniences , etc call all be fixed by processing h4 and h4ead in a timely manner.

    It is not outside processing time. is now processing application from May 2020. Wait times for is almost 18+ months in some service center. They keep on backdating processing time, infact they haven't progressed in processing time since Dec 2020.

    I am waiting for standalone since last 11 months that's 334 days. 6+ expidete request is denined. People from October 2020, Jan and Feb 2021 has started getting their EAD there is no logic how application is processed.
