    Inaccurate. was chosen by Trump because he'd had a fight with Obama & been asked to resign. Kelly's history at was disturbing, but Trump had campaigned on bringing torture back. Kelly gave Trump a sword "to use on the press" in Jan2017. They were sympatico.
