    This is the same for me. I attend conferences and often feel imposter syndrome as soon as I enter the room simply because I don't see a lot of people that look like me.

    Q6: Invite women of color working in to speak to young students that may not even be aware this is a career field. I didn’t learn about global dev until later in life. Recruit interns/fellows from orgs already fostering and investing in women of color.
