    The makes storing PII in a public and immutable blockchain impossible. PII can't be deleted once it's recorded. However, you can still use tx's and hashes to point to encrypted information. Better still, host it on a P2P distributed file system like IPFS.

    101: Use plain language. Tell them who you are when you request the data. Say why you are processing their data, how long it will be stored and who receives it.
