    No evidence against Ola Bini: It's a persecution, not a prosecution. Another example of fraud on the court system to neutralise and punish dissent.

    ! His persecution by Ecuador (and the US) is a disrgace!!

    In a few hours the pretrial against me will resume. The only legal path would be for the judge to declare the process null and void because of all violations from the beginning (which the habeas corpus tribunal confirmed). However, we are not hopeful that this will happen.

    Realizing I haven’t mentioned it here before - I started training Brazilian jiu-jitsu last year, and received my blue belt a few weeks ago. BJJ has been very good to focus my mind and have a way of dealing with the chaos in my life.

    We are disappointed to report that 's trial has been postponed indefinitely. The defense informed us that this type of delay, with no clear date for moving forward, has already happened a number of times in this case.

    ...he was prevented to leave the country for 1.5y, denied access to any data, or to challenge anything. Trial was postponed again and NO OBSERVER will be allowed? SRSLY?! Parrallel w/ case is striking. Process as punishment.. Shame Ecuador!

    The deferral of the hearing is part of the systematic infringement of rights by the State and the constant injustice that has been confronting for two years. Quite frustrating and disappointing.

    Honestly, I can't express how angry and frustrated I am at this point. After so many delays, I at least expected to be able to prove my innocence. But as usual, the judicial system of Ecuador doesn't care about justice.
