    A long day, but got home to hugs from my boys, chat with OH, supper, a bath & comfy bed. Richard Ratcliffe will have NONE of this tonight, no food, no wife, no daughter, no bath, he’ll go to bed in a tent on the pavement outside the Iranian Embassy.

    Fantastic to see so many colleagues wearing blue badges at . The support for the family has been incredible, and I know it is giving Richard the morale boost he needs as he continues his hunger strike.

    I visited Richard Ratcliffe today who is on hunger strike outside the Iranian Embassy. The support he is getting is v moving. Whilst I talked to him an elderly lady came up and said "Our thoughts are with you in your pain".
