CORRECTION: Just talked to Cantwell, he's in good spirits. The bond hearing has not happened yet but it can happen today bc there is no presumption against bond on the 1 charge he was indicted for today

#FreeCantwell getting two counts dropped is awesome. Better yet, the states witnesses have shown their hand once. Cantwell needs to move to unseal the grand jury proceedings and get transcripts. Impeachment city at trial. -

Cantwell is still being held until trial on 1 charge of "releasing a caustic agent". Judge seemed to buy defense argument that pepper spray was used in self-defense but found that it could not be dismissed in a preliminary motion.
