Agba Jalingo is out of the courtroom again, the federal judge Simon Akpah Amobeda has once again recused himself while the AG of Cross River State has taken over the case from the Nigerian AGF’s office. Case file has once again been returned to the Admin Judge. #FreeAgbaJalingo
