#FlyNorwegian £4K for flights to US for my band last year. When cancelled you refused to return money offering a voucher instead. Now flights to the US cancelled and, just received an email this morning telling me the voucher will expire!! At least Dick Turpin wore a mask.

@Fly_Norwegian I accidentally bought a ticket for the wrong date, tried to cancel & called US #flynorwegian NO ONE answers. Called Norway number, on hold over 2 hours. Finally cancelled online 4.25 hours after your 4 hour grace period. Now no refund. Horrible!
