    : Air India is suspending its operations to HongKong in view of the situation after flying AI314 on 7th February, 2020 from Delhi to Hongkong and AI315 from Hongkong to Delhi on 8th February. Please contact customer care for further assistance in this regard.

    can someone please help me out. Travelled to Delhi on the 1st and one bag hasn’t made it. Delhi staff says they can’t get intouch with mumbai and nobody knows how to find it.

    How much longer should a customer wait for refund?? Or a response even ? Were you serious when you said money will be refunded? This is equating to cheating customers

    Received a mail from Air India on 13 Dec 2018 about the cancellation of flight AI9695 Dehradun-Lucknow scheduled for 29 Dec 2018 which I was about to board (PNR HJJY0). Despite several follow up on mail, I am yet to receive my ticket refund. please expedite the process

    I’ve not got my full refund yet for the flight that got delayed on 24th of November 2019. Flight details: AI509 flight timing:8:05 am. PNR:Y9EQ7. disappointing to see a national carrier not addressing passenger issues. I’ve sent 5 emails to ecommerce@airindia.in

    This is what happen when a true indian ask some questions (politely) to a journalist and Airlines put ban on him. In India if you want to survive you should not react to any wrong activity. i support

    Dear team, cancellation charges for flights to Bangkok in February 2020 should also be waived. More than HK, Bangkok is at risk of as per Multiple news. Or at least offer date change without charges.

    : In view of the incident onboard , Kingfisher Airlines wishes to infrm tht conduct of Person concerned is unacceptable.With a view to discourage such behavior onboard flts, Mr Kunal Kamra is suspended from flg on any Kingfisher Airlines flt until further notice.

    How come you guy's afford to ban people from flying. You guy's are already on the verge of bankruptcy, don't have money to pay staff salary. No one wants to buy you. I believe this is the beginning of your shutdown. Already you have pathetic service.
