Tomorrow is the one-year anniversary of #FixNICS being signed into law. I’ll never forget the stories of loved ones from members of the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs told to me one week after the horrific shooting in this tight-knit Texas town.

Three years ago today 26 Texans were killed & 20 others injured when a deranged gunman opened fire during a Sunday service at the First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs. After this horrific tragedy, I introduced the Fix NICS Act.
