    is junk never buying anything from them again. Had trouble syncing my fitbit versa contacted customer support only to be told they were no longer supporting the app on my LG g6 and that I should look into a different phone like an Apple or Samsung. NO

    TWO fitbit flex died, each less than 9 months use. Make a better battery or charge less, it's not worth $99

    is garbage! First one failed. They replaced it. Replacement failed too. Neither one lasted a year. Now I am told no warranty and will only offer a discount. NO THANKS!

    Just wasted 1 hr. &40min on the phone with Fitbit customer service. Product is garbage!

    Anyone thinking to buy please forget about it. My unfortunate experience after several years. Very poorly made, ridiculous support. Getting worse and worse.
